JUDGMENT : SMT. V.K.TAHILRAMANI, J. 1. Heard both sides. 2. The petitioner is seeking some relief in relation to furlough. 3. The learned A.P.P. has handed over a communication dated 15.7.2018 from the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur where the petitioner was lodged. The said communication is taken on record and marked “X” for identification. The said communication states that the petitioner has completed 14 years of actual imprisonment and he has been released from prison. In this view of the matter, the petition is infructous and is disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged.
