ORDER 1. We have perused the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents. 2. From the statements made in paragraph 3 of the counter affidavit it appears that the son of the petitioner is an accused in as many as 13 different cases including the cases involving offences punishable under Section 302, 392, 341,301, 427, 379, 506, 294, 307, 345, 399, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and different provisions of the Arms Act, 1959. The counter further states that the petitioner by concealing these facts has filed repeated petitions seeking writ of habeas corpus before the High Court. 3. In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition any further. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
