JUDGMENT Kurian, J. - The appellants are before this Court, aggrieved by the order dated 07.08.2012 passed by the High Court of Judicature of Bombay in Notice of Motion (Lodging) No. 2371/2012 in Criminal Contempt Petition No. 2 of 2011 in Arbitration Petition No. 315 of 2003. 2. We are happy that during the pendency of the appeals before this Court, the parties have settled their disputes. The Consent Terms (in original) dated 02.11.2018, duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel, have been handed over to us. The same is taken on record. The consent terms shall form part of the decree. 3. The impugned order shall stand modified accordingly. 4. The appeals are disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated 02.11.2018.
