JUDGMENT Kurian, J. - Leave granted in SLP(C) No.8854 of 2015. 2. The appellant challenged the judgment dated 20.11.2012 of the High Court of Madras in Writ Appeal No.462 of 2011. Vide order dated 24.4.2018, this Court had requested for the assistance of Mr. R.Basant, learned senior counsel who had graciously accepted the same. 3. We are happy to note that the parties have settled their disputes amicably. The parties have already filed a joint memo which is taken on record. 4. This appeals are disposed of in terms of settlement. The terms of settlement which are expressed in the joint memo shall form part of the decree. 5. We record our sincere appreciation for the arduous efforts taken by the Mediator Mr. R.Basant. The parties are directed to comply with the terms of settlement immediately. An affidavit of compliance be filed by the parties before this Court, within two weeks. The amount reflected in the settlement shall be disbursed to the respondent No.1 on submitting an affidavit by the authorised representative in terms of Board Resolution, within four weeks. 6. We fix the fee of the Mediator as Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs.10 lakhs) which shall be equally borne by the parties. Learned mediator has graciously declined to receive any remuneration. 7. We direct the parties to remit the same to the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund, within eight weeks. 8. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
