JUDGMENT Sandeep Sharma, J. - By way of instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition may very kindly be allowed and the impugned order dated 13.09.2017 (Annexure P-8) may very kindly be quashed and set aside and further matter may very kindly be assigned to the same authority which was ceased of the matter before the remand i.e. Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies in the interest of law and justice or in the alternative the matter be assigned to the ACRS Cooperative Societies who is otherwise the authority competent to hear proceedings under Section 69(2) of the Act in the present case in the interest of law and justice. " 2. Today, during the proceedings of the case before this Court, Mr. Dinesh Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, stated that the inquiry/proceedings stand entrusted to the Joint Registrar (Credit) Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh, as such, present petition has become infructuous. However, at this stage, Mr. J.L. Bhardwaj, Advocate, representing respondent No.3 states that in case respondent No.3 is aggrieved by aforesaid appointment, he be given liberty to lay challenge to the appointment of aforesaid authority. Liberty granted. 3. Consequently, in view of aforesaid, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous alongwith pending applications, if any. However, it is made clear that the aforesaid authority shall conclude the proceedings within a period of four months from today.
