ORDER : 1. It is stated that there is a bereavement in the family of learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu. 2. List the matter on 23.01.2019. 3. It is stated by the learned Amicus that he has been informed that there is a possibility of the Collector in the Nilgris being transferred. Since we require her assistance in the matter which is of considerable public importance, she should not be transferred without leave of this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu says that he would like to file a report. Liberty is granted to the State of Tamil Nadu to do so.
