ORDER 1. Issue notice in SLP(C) Diary No(s). 25387/2018 By way of interim order, we direct as follows: The petitioners/candidates who are 25 years of age and above shall be entitled to apply and appear in the NEET-UG 2019 examination. If they are allowed to appear in the said examination, they shall take the examination provisionally subject to the final outcome of these matters. 2. The portal of the National Testing Agency shall remain open for one week to enable such petitioners/candidates to apply for the NEET-UG 2019 examination. We impaled the National Testing Agency (NTA) as party respondent in the main matter i.e. SLP(C) No. 14320 of 2018. Issue notice to the newly added respondent - NTA. 3. Waive service on the respondent - NTA since Mr. Tara Chand Sharma, learned counsel, is appearing on its behalf. As prayed for, reply affidavit be filed by the learned counsel for NTA within four weeks from today. List these matters on any Tuesday in the month of January, 2019.
