ORDER : 1. Mr. S. Wasim a. Qadri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India and Delhi Government proposes to file an affidavit which is of 845 pages. We decline to take this affidavit on record. 2. Mr. Qadri should prepare a chart indicating the States and Union Territories that have set up the State Level Advisory Board (SLAB) in terms of Rule 23 of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. The chart will indicate the date on which the SLAB was set up and the name of the Chairperson and members of the SLAB. It will also indicate the number of meetings held by the SLAB and the dates on which the meeting were held. 3. The needful be done within a period of three weeks from today. 4. List the matter on 7th March, 2018. 5. We have been informed by Mr. Colin Gonsalves, learned amicus curiae that a meeting was held by the Committee of Persons with the Health Minister of Delhi as Chairman on th January, 2018. Almost a month has gone by, but the final minutes of that meeting are not available. 6. For this limited purpose, list the matter tomorrow (07.02.2018) when Mr. Qadri will inform us about the preparation of the final minutes. 7. We may also note that Mr. Qadri has stated before us that some officer has come from the Delhi Government, but he knows nothing about the case. 8. We expect the Delhi Government to send a responsible officer to instruct learned counsel. 9. The status of the minutes of the earlier meetings held by the Committee of Persons on 16.10.2016 and 31.10.2016 should also be intimated.
