JUDGMENT : KANWALJIT SINGH AHLUWALIA, J. Instant petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C. has been preferred by the accused-petitioner praying interalia that the order dated 09.05.2018 passed by the Court of Additional Civil Judge & Metropolitan Magistrate No. 31, Jaipur Metropolitan, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. for converting arrest warrants into bailable warrants, has been rejected, be set aside. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, has submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the trial Court and apply for bail. 3. Having heard Id. counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of, by issuing a direction that the non-bailable warrants issued against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance for a period of three weeks to enable the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and apply for bail. 4. Needless to say that the trial Court shall decide the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of law without being influenced of any observations made herein above by this Court. 5. It is clarified that in case, the petitioner fails to surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated period of three weeks, the present order shall cease to operate and law shall take its own course. In view of the above, the present petition is, disposed of.
