JUDGMENT Sanjay Karol, A.C.J —After the matter was heard for sometime, Mr. J.L. Bhardwaj, Advocate, under instructions from the respondent(s) states that original applicant(s) -respondent(s) herein shall withdraw the contempt proceedings initiated before the learned H.P. State Administrative Tribunal, hereinafter referred to as "the Tribunal". However, liberty be reserved to the respondent(s) to independently assail the orders dated 7.11.2015 and 8.3.2017 in accordance with the law. Liberty is reserved. 2. We are hopeful that with the respondent(s) initiating proceedings assailing the said orders, the Tribunal shall consider and decide the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months. 3. Needless to add, since the respondent(s) had been pursing their remedies under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, question of limitation shall not be raised by the petitioners herein. 4. With the aforesaid observations, petitions stand disposed of alongwith pending applications, if any. Dasti copy.
