JUDGMENT Sanjay Karol, A.C.J —Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered view that interest of all the candidates would be best protected till such time, learned H.P. State Administrative Tribunal, hereinafter referred to as" the Tribunal" decides the issue on merit, by directing the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur-respondent No.7, not to declare the result and the parties maintain status quo as on date. As such, petition is disposed of with the following directions: (a) We request the learned Tribunal to decide the Original Application No. 187 of 2018, titled as Shri Naveesh Prashar and others versus Union of India and others, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months. (b) Till then Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur-respondent No.7, shall not declare the result. 2. With the aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of alongwith pending applications, if any. Dasti copy.
