The Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made the following endorsement in the main Writ Petition which runs as under:- "In view of the Interim direction of the Hon'ble Court made in WMP.No.14399 of 2018 in W.P.No.12285 of 2018, the Respondents has issued OBC-NCL Certificate to the Petitioner and order to the said effect has been given vide No.1021/TOO/A/Certi/2018/556 dated 22.05.2018. As the relief in the WP has been granted, the Writ Petition may be closed." 2. It is not in dispute that in the present case, pursuant to the interim order of this Court dated 16.05.2018 in W.P.No.12285 of 2018 and WMP.Nos.14398 & 14399 of 2018, the Petitioner was issued with OBC-Non Creamy Layer Certificate. As such, nothing survives for further adjudication in the main Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
