JUDGMENT Pankaj Bhandari, J. - Petitioner through his natural guardian Grand-father, has preferred this revision-petition aggrieved by orders dated 04.09.2018 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Sawai Madhopur vide which the bail application of the petitioner was rejected and against the judgment and order dated 10.09.2018 passed by Special Judge, POCSO Cases, Sawai Madhopur whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner was was rejected. 2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is aged 12 years. He has been made an accused as the entire family members have been roped in the case. It is further contended that there is nothing on record to have come to the conclusion that release of the petitioner would bring him in association of known or unknown criminals. 3. Counsel for the complainant and learned Public Prosecutor have opposed the revision petition. 4. I have considered the contentions. 5. Considering the fact that there is nothing on record to suggest that release of the Juvenile in conflict with law would bring the Juvenile in conflict with law in association with known or unknown criminal. The release of the petitioner would not defeat the ends of justice. Hence, I am inclined to allow the revision petition. 6.
