ORDER N.V. Ramana, J. - In spite of service of notice, there was no representation on behalf of the respondents - State on 5-2-2018 and the matter was directed to be listed on 7-2-2018. 2. Today when the matter was called out, again nobody appeared for the respondents. 3. This petition under section 25 of the Civil Procedure Code read with Order 41 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 has been filed by the petitioner for transfer of Writ Appeal No.13 of 2017 titled as "Elangbam Babina Devi vs. the State of Manipur & Ors." pending before the High Court of Manipur at Imphal to the High Court of Gauhati". 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we direct transfer of Writ Appeal No.13 of 2017 titled as "Elangbam Babina Devi vs. the State of Manipur & Ors." pending before the High Court of Manipur at Imphal to the High Court of Gauhati". 5. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay. The Transfer Petition is allowed in the afore-stated terms.
