JUDGMENT : Amol Rattan Singh, J. Whether or not the reason given by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner, as recorded in the order of this Court dated 19.04.2018, is believable or otherwise, pertaining to him having fallen into a drug habit, as he has now surrendered before the learned trial court in terms of the aforesaid order of this Court and has furnished surety and bail bonds to the satisfaction of that Court, this petition is disposed of with the said order made absolute, subject to of course petitioner continuing to appear on each and every date that he is summoned by the trial court, failing which obvious consequences would follow.
