JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. The petitioner having joined the investigation, as per the instructions of learned State counsel from ASI Satpal Singh, in view of what is already recorded in the order dated 30.04.2018, to the effect that the allegations of having duped the complainant are actually against the husband of the petitioner, i.e. Roshan Lal, who, as per the FIR, had sworn an affidavit on 02.05.2017 that he would return Rs. 7,95,000/- to the complainant, and with no specific role of the petitioner having been pointed out even from the FIR, the aforesaid order of this Court, dated 30.04.2018 is made absolute. 2. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
