JUDGMENT : Ramesh Sinha, Dinesh Kumar Singh-I, JJ. Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 4 of 2018. 1. Heard Sri Virendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.R. Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Sri Suresh Chandra Dwivedi, learned counsel for the private respondent is not present though a copy of the correction application has already been served to him on 23.10.2018. 3. This is an application for correction of the order dated 11.10.2018. 4. The correction application is allowed. 5. 'Civil' appearing in the sixteenth line of page no. 4 and 'petitioner' appearing in the last line of paragraph 12 of the aforesaid order be deleted and the same shall be read as 'Criminal' and 'Respondent No.7' respectively.
