JUDGMENT : Amol Rattan Singh, J. 1. By this petition, filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of 'regular bail'. 2. Seeing the quantity of the tablets shown to be recovered from the petitioner (131) and it being still doubtful whether it is commercial or non-commercial quantity, the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory still not having been received, without making any comment on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court, till the receipt of the report from the Forensic Science Laboratory, after which the trial court will again consider whether the petitioner is to remain on bail or not.
