JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused of the petitioner, i.e. Gursewak Singh, has already been admitted to bail by an order passed by this Court on 20.04.2018, in CRM-M-14804-2018. 2. A perusal of the said order shows that though 1000 tablets of Alprazolam are stated to have been recovered from the petitioner and his co-accused, each tablet weighed only 0.5 milligrams, with the total quantity of Alprazolam therefore being well below (the commercial quantity above 100 grams). 3. That being so, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be admitted to bail upon his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
