JUDGMENT : Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J. Learned State counsel has filed reply and same is taken on record. 2. Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., with a prayer for directing the respondents No. 2 and 3, not to harass and threaten the petitioners, in view of FIR No. 0012 dated 28.02.2018, registered under Sections 302/34 IPC and 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Sanaur, District Patiala. 3. In pursuance of notice of motion issued by this Court, reply by way of affidavit of Gurdev Singh Dhaliwal, P.P.S., Deputy Superintendent of Police (Rural), Patiala, District Patiala (Punjab) on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 has been filed and which inter alia, reveals that aforesaid FIR has been registered against Karam Singh son of petitioner No. 1 and the police was investigating the matter and during investigation petitioners were associated to know the whereabouts of said Karam Singh, but instead of cooperating with the investigating agency they have filed the present petition. 4. Today during the course of arguments learned State counsel on instructions from police official assisting him states that now, on 10.05.2018 the Karam Singh has been arrested and he is in judicial custody. In view of the above, it is submitted that the petitioner would not be called for, except through proper notice. 5. Learned State counsel has further stated that in case there is any requirement of the association of the petitioner in the FIR No. 0012 dated 28.02.2018, a prior notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C., would be issued, at least one week in advance to them. 6. In view of the above, no further directions are required to be issued in the matter and the petition stands disposed off. 7. Ordered accordingly.
