JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. Present petition under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code ('Cr.P.C.' - for short) has been filed by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.104 dated 31.3.2018 under Sections 6/17 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (for short 'the Act') registered at Police Station Nissing, District Karnal. 2. While issuing notice of motion on 23.4.2018, following orders were passed:- “It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in connected matter, i.e. CRM-M-15131-2018, this Court has already issued notice of motion for 25.5.2018 (Annexure P-5). Notice of motion for 25.5.2018. In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join investigation before the Investigating Officer. In the event of his arrest, the Arresting Officer would admit him on interim bail till the next date of hearing on his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to his satisfaction. The petitioner is also directed to abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.” 3. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sultan Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation in this case on 24.4.2018 and his custodial interrogation is not required anymore. 4. In the light of above circumstances, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.4.2018 is made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 5. Petition stands disposed off.
