JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was actually in custody in connection with another case registered against her and her co-accused on 11.04.2018, when her bail bonds were ordered to be forfeited and her bail cancelled. 2. In support thereof, he points to the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, (Mohali) dated 18.05.2018 (a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-1 with the petition), admitting the petitioner to bail in connection with another case, i.e. FIR No. 58 dated 18.02.2018, registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act. 3. That being so, this petition is disposed of with a direction that upon the petitioner surrendering before the trial Court, she would be admitted to interim bail by that Court which would thereafter verify the factum of her having been in custody on 11.04.2018, further seeing as to whether she was only absent on one date or other dates also, prior and after 11.04.2018 and if so, the reasons thereof. 4. Thus, the final order with regard to the interim bail ordered to be granted today, shall be passed by the trial Court itself.
