JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 118 dated 15.03.2018, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 427, 506, 341, 379-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 325 and 307, IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Old Faridabad, Faridabad. 2. It is contended by learned Counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner is not mentioned in the FIR and even the injuries attributed to the petitioner are simple in nature. It is further contended that the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2018 and nothing is to be recovered from him. 3. The above factual position is duly acknowledged by learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Subhash Chand. 4. Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the paper-book. 5. Keeping in view the facts that the injuries attributed to the petitioner are simple in nature; the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2018 and nothing is to be recovered from him, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars any more. Therefore, in view of the abovesaid circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is accepted. Petitioner-Vikas Bhadana be admitted to bail on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
