JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. Pursuant to notice having been issued in this petition on 01.05.2018, with the petitioner directed to join investigation and having been admitted to interim bail, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhan Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and in fact a cancellation report has been prepared to be submitted to the competent Court. 2. Learned counsel for the complainant however submits that the cancellation report has been wrongly prepared. 3. Without making any comment on the aforesaid, with the complainant always at liberty to avail of his remedies, this petition being only one seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner, it is disposed of with the order dated 01.05.2018 made absolute.
