JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. In view of the fact that the petitioner is also stated to be an injured person in the motor vehicle accident in question, without making any comment whatsoever on the culpability of the petitioner, or otherwise, which would naturally be gone into by the trial Court on the basis of evidence led before it, the petitioner having now surrendered before that Court and having been admitted to interim bail on 16.05.2018, the said order is made absolute, subject to naturally the petitioner appearing before that Court on all future dates that he is summoned to appear.
