JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.05.2018, the report of the learned Sessions Judge, Pathankot, has been received, certifying the orders passed by Sh.Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pathankot, in the trial titled as 'State vs. Ravi Kumar and others', the said orders shown to be dated 02.01.2018, 06.02.2018, 13.03.2018, 21.03.2018 and 11.04.2018. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having now furnished bail bonds and surety to the satisfaction of the trial Court, he has been admitted to interim bail by that Court pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.02.2018. 3. That being so, and the petitioner having been summoned on an application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C., without making any comment on the actual culpability of the petitioner or otherwise, which would be gone into by the trial Court wholly on the basis of evidence led, the aforesaid order dated 09.02.2018, admitting the petitioner to interim bail, is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. 4. Disposed of.
