ORDER 1. The grievance in the present public interest petition is with respect to the location for constructing new bus stand. The grievance is that the bus stand is being constructed in the Government land situated in Patwari Halka No.28, Revenue Circle Bahoriband, Khasra No.1136, whereas five acres of land is vacant near ITI. 2. We do not find that the petitioner can be given any indulgence in the present public interest litigation. Whether a particular place is suitable or not, it is the decision of the experts. This Court in exercise of judicial review will not sit as a Court of appeal to suggest that the place where the building is constructed is not suitable and some other land should be earmarked. 3. We do not find any merit in the present petition. The same is dismissed. S.K. Mishra for petitioner; Amit Seth, Government Advocate for respondent/State.
