JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. None had appeared for the petitioners on the last date of hearing and even today, on first call none had come present for the petitioners. Now it is past Court time, with none having appeared for the petitioners throughout the day. 2. This petition being one by which the petitioners seek protection of their lives and liberty upon them having married each other of their own free will, stated to be against the wishes of respondents no.4 to 7, notice having been issued on 25.01.2018, the petition is consequently disposed of with a direction that the lives of the petitioners obviously would continue to remain protected at the hands of the aforesaid respondents and any other person; however, as regards their liberty, it would continue to remain protected only within the four corners of law and therefore, if any of the averments made in the petition, either with regard to the age of the petitioners, or with regard to their previous marital status, or on them being in any prohibited sapinda relationship to each other, is found to be incorrect, all proceedings initiated as per law, would be taken to their logical conclusion.
