JUDGMENT : Amol Rattan Singh, J. Pursuant to the order dated 28.5.2018, learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that statement of respondent no.4 was recorded, i.e. the person stated to be the father of petitioner no.1, to the effect that he has no objection to the marriage of the petitioners with each other. 2. Upon query to learned State counsel, he submits that even as per the FIR got registered by the mother of petitioner no.1, Rani Devi, the said petitioner is 19 years old. 3. Though petitioner no.2 is shown to be 21 years of age in the petition, in any case even as per mother of petitioner no.1, she being above 18 years of age, obviously she is of legally marriageable age. 4. Consequently, without making any comment on the validity of the marriage or otherwise, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to ensure that the lives and liberty of the petitioners continue to be protected within the four corners of law.
