JUDGMENT : Amol Rattan Singh, J. Pursuant to the previous order of this Court dated 18.05.2018, learned State counsel has filed in Court today an affidavit of Sh. Rajesh Duggal, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Rewari, annexing therewith a translated copy of an enquiry report shown to be dated 26.02.2018, in which the DSP, Bawal, has recommended filing away of the complaint filed by Phoolpati, who is stated to be the mother of the petitioner. 2. It already having been stated by the learned State counsel on April 17, 2018 (on instructions), that the petitioner had joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required, without making any comment on the report of the DSP, this petition is disposed of with the observation that the order dated 23.03.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner, already had been made absolute on 17.04.2018. 3. Naturally, if the petitioners' mother has any grievance against the report, she would be at liberty to take her remedies as per law.
