According to the petitioner, post retirement dues such as Pension, Gratuity, Group Insurance, G.P.F and Leave Encashment etc. have not been paid after her retirement on 28.02.2018 from the post of Staff Nurse Grade "A" from RIMS. 3rd M.A.C.P was granted vide Memo no. 906(25) dated 06.06.2018. Representations made to the respondent authorities such as Annexure-6 series have also not been responded. 3. Counsel for the RIMS and State submit that grievances of the petitioner can be addressed if a direction is issued upon the competent authority/respondent no. 4 Director, Rajendra Institute of Medical Science(RIMS), Ranchi, after due scrutiny of her service records within a time period. 4. Learned counsel for the Accountant General submits that if pension paper along with service records are forwarded, the same would be finalized. If there are no other legal impediments, authority slip would be issued in favour of the petitioner for payment of pensionary dues. 5. Considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties in the light of the relevant facts noted above. Since the grievance of the petitioner relates to post retirement dues, at this stage, without any comment on the merits of the case of the parties, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority/respondent no. 4 Director, Rajendra Institute of Medical Science(RIMS), Ranchi to take a decision on her claim after scrutiny of her service records in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with a detailed representation duly supported with all necessary facts and documents. Admissible dues, if any, be released thereafter without any unreasonable delay. Necessary sanction order along with service records be also forwarded to the office of Accountant General on the basis of the decision taken, so that respondent no. 5 can scrutinize the same and issue authority slip without any unreasonable delay thereafter. 6. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
