JUDGMENT Mr. Hari Pal Verma, J. (Oral) -Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.92 dated 19.03.2018 under Sections 323/324/325/326/341/427/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nissing, District Karnal. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged injuries caused on the person of the complainant-Vipin Sharma are on the non-vital parts of his body and the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2018. Even otherwise, the police has completed the investigation and submitted challan. 3.Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Ram Niwas, who is present in Court, submits that challan has been presented in the case and the other co-accused are yet to be arrested. He further submits that the injured-complainant remained admitted in hospital for 3 days on account of injuries nos.1, 2 and 6 which are fractures on his left hand. 4.I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.Admittedly, the alleged injuries attributed to the petitioner are on the non-vital parts of the body of the complainant and petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2018. Considering the fact that trial in the case will take sufficiently long time and no useful purpose will be served to keep the petitioner in custody for indefinite period, I deem it appropriate to release him on regular bail. 6.Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is admitted on regular bail, subject to furnishing of her bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
