ORDER : UJJAL BHUYAN, J. 1. Heard Mr. A. C. Borbora, learned Sr. Counsel assisted by Mr. R. B. Phookan, learned counsel for the petitioner. We have also heard Mr. N. Dutta, learned Sr. Counsel for the State of Nagaland and Mr. I. Choudhury, learned Sr. Counsel for the Director of Nagaland State Lotteries. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of the records of WP(C) Nos. 32(K) and 76 (K) of 2014 and Crl. Petition No. 7 (K) of 2014 pending before the Single Bench at Kohima to this Court in the Principal Seat to facilitate hearing of the related writ petition i.e. WP(C) No. 3263/2016 filed by the petitioner herself. 3. Mr. Borbora, learned Sr. Counsel fairly submits that the prayer made may not be appropriate and, therefore, he makes an alternative prayer to grant leave to the petitioner to bring on record relevant additional documents from the case records of the above three cases pending before the Single Bench at Kohima. 4. Mr. N. Dutta, learned Sr. Counsel submits that such a prayer can always be made though burden would be on the petitioner to show how those additional documents are relevant to the cause of the petitioner as is being argued in the related writ petition. 5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that this Interlocutory application can be disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to file an additional affidavit in the related writ petition i.e. WP(C) No. 3263/2016 enclosing therewith the additional documents which are after all part of the record of the above three cases pending before the Single Bench at Kohima, with copies to all the parties. Additional affidavit be filed within a period of 2 (two) weeks. 6. With the above direction and observation, Interlocutory application is disposed of.
