ORDER : 1. The order-sheet reveals directions to learned counsel to contact their clients so that the clients could remain present in court but learned counsel are not able to contact their clients. Today, nobody appears for the appellant. Marriage between the parties was solemnised on 23/04/1985. The respondent sued for divorce on grounds of cruelty and desertion. The respondent has succeeded. 2. Since none appears for the appellant today and the parties are not in touch with their lawyers, we dismiss the appeal in default.
