JUDGMENT Aparesh Kumar Singh, J. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and the Accountant General, Jharkhand. 2. Petitioner has approached this Court, claiming herself to be the widow of the employee late Mahendra Nagesiya, who died in harness on 31.08.2013 while working on the post of Teacher in the Primary School, Matnag, Barwadih Circle, Latehar, for payment of death cum retirement dues. She is also aggrieved with the decision contained in letter no. 752 dated 27.08.2014 issued by the Assistant Engineer, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Latehar where under an amount of Rs.8,70,429/- were declared recoverable from the petitioner''s husband (Annexure-2). 3. This dispute about recovery has been resolved as per the statement made at para 10 of the counter affidavit filed by the Respondent no.4 on 24.07.2018, which learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute. As per the respondents, payment of pension, gratuity have been made in view of the P.P.O bearing no. 141429969 and G.P.O bearing no. 121429969 issued by the Office of Accountant General, Jharkhand. The G.P.F amount of Rs. 4,49,491/- and LIC of Rs.1,42,815/- have also been paid to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that family pension is not being paid. 5. Learned counsel for the Accountant General, Jharkhand submits that in terms of the P.P.O, family pension to the petitioner is payable without any other authority slip from the Treasury Officer, Latehar. 6. In that light, the writ petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is not getting the family pension, she may approach the Deputy Commissioner, Latehar / Treasury Officer, Latehar who would look into the matter and ensure that admissible family pension be released in terms of the authority slip issued by the Accountant General in accordance with law 7. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
