JUDGMENT Aparesh Kumar Singh, J. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner has superannuated on 28.02.2011 from the post of Treasure Guard after 37 years 8 months and odd days of service while working under the Respondent no.2. He has been receiving 90% of the pension but full pension has not been released as yet. He has also claimed for ACP, MACP and arrears of salary under 7th Pay Revision. Petitioner contends that he had a blemish free record during the entire service career. He has made representation before the Respondent no.2 with copy to the Respondent no.3 and 4 as well but his grievance has remained unredressed. Therefore, he has approached this Court for the aforesaid relief. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondent State submits that instructions are awaited since the case has been taken up for the first time. However, if so directed, competent authority/ Respondent no.3, after scrutiny of record of the petitioner, would take a decision in respect of his grievance. 4. Considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties in the light of relevant material facts borne from record taken note above. In the aforesaid facts, since it is a claim for balance post retirement dues and other service dues, at this stage it is deemed appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority / respondent no.3 Superintendent Engineer, Jal Path Division, Gumla by way of fresh representation through proper channel of Respondent no.2, Executive Engineer, Jal Path Division Number 1, Chainpur, Gumla duly supported with necessary facts and documents for redressal of his grievances. On receipt of such representation, competent authority / respondent no.3 would consider it in accordance with law and after scrutiny of the service record of the employee, take a decision in the matter within a reasonable time, preferably 12 weeks therefrom. 5. Admissible dues be released without any unreasonable delay thereafter. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
