JUDGMENT & ORDER : 1. This is an application u/s 438 Cr.P.C. for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused- petitioner, namely, Romen Medok in connection with Jonai P.S.Case No.119/17 U/S 417/376/313/34 IPC (GR Case No.145 of 2017). Heard the learned counsel for both the sides. 2. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for both the sides and as it transpires that informant entered into marriage with the accused petitioner out of love and affection and they continued such marriage although she has alleged about forceful miscarriage on the part of the accused petitioner but there is no such medical evidence to support her contention. 3. In view of the matter on record, nothing suggest the petitioner with the offence of rape and also the miscarriage. Accordingly, the accused petitioner in the event of his arrest is allowed to go on interim bail of Rs. 20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of arresting authority.
