JUDGMENT : Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. 1. By means of the present Criminal Misc. Application filed under Section 482 of CrPC, the applicant has challenged the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1318 of 2011, pending before the learned 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun. 2. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, there is no occasion for this Court to interfere in the matter at this stage. 3. Consequently, the Criminal Misc. Application filed under Section 482 of CrPC stands dismissed.
