JUDGMENT : SOUMEN SEN, J. 1. In view of the order passed on 31st January, 2018 in GA No.3083 of 2015 in CS No.241 of 2015 (Visa Energy Ventures Ltd. & Anr. Vs. IL & FS Financial Services Ltd. & Ors.) by which Visa Group has deposited with the State Bank of India a sum of Rs.25 crores, there is no need to pass any further interim order, save and except, the interim order passed in the said proceeding is extended to this application as well. The plaintiff is secured to the aforesaid extent. In additional thereto, the plaintiff is holding 2,61,00,000 equity shares held by Visa Infrastructure Ltd. in Visa Steel Ltd. The interest of the plaintiff in the suit is adequately secured. 2. The application being G.A. No.2385 of 2016 is, accordingly, disposed of. However, there shall be no order to as to costs.
