JUDGMENT Surya Kant, J —The petitioners claim themselves to be the tenants in the premises bearing Industrial Plot No.398, Industrial Area, Phase-I, Panchkula, which is a mortgaged property and is a secured asset of respondent-Bank. In the writ petition filed by the borrower, this Court has already directed to hand over the physical possession of the said plot to the Bank before Wednesday. The petitioners now seek some time to remove their articles. Let them approach the respondent -Bank with such prayer. 2. We have no reason to doubt that the Bank will grant reasonable time to the petitioners to remove their articles provided that they will not create any hindrance in handing over the physical possession of the site. Disposed of.
