ORDER : 1. Learned counsel for the applicant says that the land on which the park is located belongs to the applicant and was surrendered in terms of the judgment and order dated 10.05.1996 and thereafter confirmed by the judgment and order dated 25.03.2010. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant says that the applicant is willing to maintain the park. 3. According to the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), a public notice was issued inviting applications for maintaining the park and then allotted to DLF for maintaining the park. 4. A detailed affidavit should be filed by the DDA as well as DLF within two weeks. 5. List the application immediately thereafter. ORDER : 16-02-2018 I.A.
