HARI PAL VERMA

body2018
JUDGMENT Mr. Hari Pal Verma, J.(Oral) - Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.105 dated 16.05.2017 under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Vann Singh, states that pursuant to the order dated July 17, 2018 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation, but the cheques and the account books are still required to be recovered. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. The present case prima facie seems to be a money dispute between the parties. Thus, without making any observation on the rival claims of the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated January 12, 2018 is made absolute. 5. However, if required, the petitioner shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
