JUDGMENT Pramath Patnaik, J. – In the instant writ application, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for direction upon the respondent-District Panchayati Raj Officer, Deoghar for approval of appointment of the petitioner as Dalpati w.e.f 14.06.1992 at par with other similarly situated persons and further prayer has been made for disposal of the instant writ application in terms of order dated 01.11.2002 passed in W.P. (S) No. 733 of 2002. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision rendered in the case of Sanjay Murmu Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors as passed in W.P. (S) No. 733 of 2002 vide order dated 01.11.2002; hence similar direction may be issued to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order with regard to grant of approval of appointment of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents though opposed the prayer made by petitioner but does not dispute to that course of action. 4. In view of the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, it would be apposite to dispose of the writ application with direction to the respondents to take a final decision with regard to grant of approval of appointment of petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
