JUDGMENT Sanjay Karol, A.C.J —Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter is squarely covered by the decision dated 22.9.2016, rendered by the High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) 3539/2016 titled as Phuntsok Wangyal versus Ministry of External Affairs and others alongwith connected matters. He further states that the petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner, Kullu, HP to consider and decide the petitioner''s case in the light of the aforesaid judgment. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents/State has no objection to the same. 3. No other point is urged. 4. Leaving all questions of law open, on this short ground, as prayed for, petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2/Deputy Commissioner, Kullu, HP to consider and decide the petitioner''s case, in terms of the aforesaid judgment, by affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5. Needless to add, if the order is not in favour of the petitioner, the authority shall assign reasons while deciding the same, which shall be communicated to the petitioner. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach the Court, if need so arises subsequently. 6. With the aforesaid observations, present petition stands disposed of, so also pending application(s) , if any. Copy dasti.
