ORDER : 1. Challenge is to an order dated 01.12.2014 granting divorce on an application filed by mutual consent under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 2. Defects notified by the Registry have not been cured for over two years. There is a delay of 278 days in filing the appeal. 3. In the appeal it is stated that the appellant signed the application under Section 13B under pressure and appeared before the Family Court to make a statement under pressure. 4. If that be so, grievance ought to have been raised by moving an application before the Family Court. 5. Be that as it may, since defects notified the Registry have not been cured till date, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
