ORDER : The petitioner is seeking mandamus commanding upon the respondents to pay the retiral dues and the full pension along with full G.P.F., Arrear of salary, Dress allowances, Leave Encashment, Group Insurance and M.A.C.P., etc. 2. Learned counsel has submitted that petitioner retired from the post of Peon in the Animal Husbandry Department on 31.5.2012. That till date MACP has not granted or sanctioned. 3. In response the counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State as well as District Animal Husbandry Officer, Palamau wherein it has been categorically stated on affidavit that the arrears and the retiral benefits of the petitioner has been paid in his Account bearing No. 11112160944, the details of which has been given in tabular chart as follows : Sl. It is stated that the 3rd MACP has been sanctioned by the District Animal Husbandry Officer, Palamau, w.e.f. 1.9.2008 vide letter No. 393 dated 18.6.2013 and the same has been sent to Divisional Commissioner, Palamau for approval vide letter No. 394 dated 19.6.2013 as per Annexure-A and B. That the final pension has been sanctioned by the Accountant General. Ranchi @ Rs. 5,640/- payable from June, 2013 vide pension intimation memo No. 4779 dated 22.5.2013 and no dues certificate has been sent to Treasury Officer, Palamau vide letter No. 388 dated 17.6.2013 as would be evident from Annexures-C and D. That the final payment of sum of Rs. 3,07,098/- (Three lakh seven thousand ninety-eight) has already been sanctioned by Accountant General, Jharkhand vide gratuity payment order No. 4780 dated 22.5.2013 and no dues certificate has been sent to Treasury Officer, Palamau, vide letter No. 17.6.2013 as per Annexure-E. That the dress/uniform allowance @ 2,500/- (Two thousand five hundred) per year for the period 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012 has been forwarded for concurrence of Finance Department, Jharkhand, Ranchi. It is submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 4. Heard. In view of the affidavit statement of the District Animal Husbandry Officer, Palamau, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The petitioner is at liberty to file his representation before the Competent Authority for payment of any admissible outstanding dues, if not paid already, and the Competent Authority shall pass appropriate orders within eight weeks of filing of such, if any, representation by the petitioner. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
