JUDGMENT Surya Kant, J —After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to submit a reply to the impugned Notice, dated 29.12.2017 (Annexure P-12) so as to raise petitioner's claim for award of compensation in accordance with Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 2. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, the Competent Authority shall consider the said representation-cum-objections in accordance with law.
