JUDGMENT : RITU BAHRI, J. 1. Learned counsel for the parties are not in dispute that the present case is squarely covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court in CWP No.12458 of 2011, titled as Rohtash and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 5.8.2011 (Annexure R-2/1). The Division Bench has held that any degree/diploma which is from an Institute which does not find mention in Appendix 'B' which has been annexed with the Haryana Veterinary Headquarter & Field (Group C) Services Rules, 1999 as amended by Notification dated 28.2.2011 will not be considered eligible. Even the SLP filed against the judgment of Division Bench has been dismissed. In Appendix 'E' of said Rules, a list of 30 Institutes have been given whose Diploma Certificates will be considered to be recognized. Any Certificate issued from those 30 Institutes will be considered to be valid for the purpose of recognition. Since the petitioners had taken Certificates from Institutes which does not find a mention in the abovementioned list (Appendix 'E'), the present writ petition has to be dismissed. 2. In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed.
