JUDGMENT : 1. Heard Mr. K.K. Ojha, counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Thakur, J.C. to S.C. (L&C) appearing for the State and Mr. A.K. Sahani, counsel appearing for the private respondent. 2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order passed by the Additional Collector, Hazaribagh in MRN Case No. 1/2007 and MRN Case No. 2/2007 and MRN Case No. 3/2007 vide order dated 19.07.2007 in all the Mutation Revision Cases whereby and whereunder the Additional Collector, Hazaribag has affirmed the order passed by the L.R.D.C., Ramgarh in Mutation Appeal Case No. 15/2006-07, 17/2006-07 and 18/2006-07 and all the orders in the said cases were passed vide order dated 17.05.2007. 3. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner has referred to the final order passed in W.P.(C) No. 5683 of 2003 wherein this Court has held that the aggrieved parties may approach competent civil court. The writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 5683 of 2003 has been mentioned in the present writ petition and during the pendency of this writ petition the aforesaid writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 5683 of 2003 has been disposed of. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Additional Collector, Hazaribagh. However, it will be open to the parties to approach the competent court of civil jurisdiction for declaration of their right, title and interest in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
