ORDER : A. Rajasekhar Reddy, J. 1. It is the case of the petitioner that she married 6th respondent on 14.10.2009 and that due to strained relationship between the petitioner and 6th respondent, all the educational certificates are taken away by the 6th respondent, who is refusing to part with the same, as such, she made an application to the respondents 2, 4 and 5 for the purpose of issuing certified copies/duplicate certificates for the purpose of pursing her further studies and employment on 26.10.2016. The 2nd respondent rejected the application on the ground that "Original Police Certificate is required, Photocopy is not valid. The case is pending. Application rejected by the police authority" and that there is no response from the respondents 4 and 5. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education appearing for 1st respondent. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that if any undertaking is required by the respondents, petitioner is ready to tender such undertaking to the respondents 2, 4 and 5. 4. It is to be seen that the original educational certificates are stated to be taken away by the 6th respondent and he is not parting with the same due to strained relationship with the petitioner. Petitioner made an application on 26.10.2016 for providing certified copies/duplicate copies for the purpose of pursuing higher studies and the same was returned stating that original Police Certificate is not available. Petitioner can obtain original police certificate, if the same is lost but the case of petitioner is that the same are lying with 6th respondent, who is residing abroad. Therefore, non-furnishing of original police certificate cannot be a ground for not issuing certified copies/ duplicate copies. 5. In view of above facts and circumstances, respondents 2, 4 and 5 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner for furnishing certified copies/duplicate copies of educational certificates of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is required to submit application in the prescribed format, it is open for the petitioner to file an application in the said format alongwith undertaking, if any. 6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
